Is it possible to pay in instalments?
In the ' tabWhere to buy'. you can access the list of shops where you can buy our products. In all of them they can study the financing to your needs.
If I don't like the instrument, can I return it?
Our main objective is to offer you a solution, so as experts in the world of the bassoon we will try to make sure that the instrument you try is the one you want to keep. We will guarantee that the instrument is suitable for what each student needs. If we are still wrong and you decide not to keep the instrument, you have 15 days to return it without obligation.
Does the instrument come with a warranty?
Of course! You have a 24 months factory warranty. Your instrument has to maintain excellent performance for a long time and that is our commitment. Remember, our mission is to make access to the bassoon easier, not more complicated. So if your instrument should have any factory problems, it will be covered during the warranty period.
